How should your first day at the gym be
If you have your first day at the gym, there are several things that you should keep in mind. You feel very inspired on your first day and are curious at the same time. You may want to do a lot of things/exercise. But this should not be done. I would advise you to take suggestions from the trainer in your gym and ask them what kind of exercise you should do and how your first day in the gym should be. But if there is no trainer, then you do not have to worry. I am ready to help all of you and will tell you how to get started. The first thing is when you enter a gym. Stretching is important because before doing any exercise you want to prepare the muscle group to do the exercise. Secondly, you need to make sure that you are not suffering from any joint pain. I'll start with my neck stretch. Turn your neck. Anticlockwise 4-5 times. Clockwise your shoulders 4-5 times. Clockwise 5-6 times. Anticlockwise 5-6 times. Next full circular rotation. 4-5 times in front. 4-5 times the opposite. This will let you know of any shoulder or neck pain. Similar to the wrist, clockwise 4-5 times. Anticlockwise 4-5 times. Next, open your legs a bit and get balanced and do this 4-5 times. While pulling you should make sure that you are not suffering from any joint pain.

Next, bring your feet together and rotate your waist clockwise 4-5 times. Anticlockwise 4-5 times. Next, widen your legs once more and go down slowly. Stretch your hamstrings slightly. Then do this 4-5 times. After this take some back support like I am taking support from this machine here and pulling my knees up. Do your best. Just keep it there and count to three. Count to three and relax. Repeat three to four times with each leg. Now using the same machine or anything else, get some help as it is your first day and you may face some balance issues.General push-ups
Now hold your toes from behind. There is no need for too much stretch, just hold 1, 2 and count. 3. Sit with the other leg and hold it1, 2, 3.3-4 times with each leg. This will stretch your entire body. If you want to know how long all this should take? Stretching should take 5-8 minutes. Now we will move on to all the exercises you should do. Push-ups are a very useful exercise for your upper body development and you should do this first exercise on your first day in the gym. So see how to do this exercise properly. People usually do push-ups by placing their body on their hands and toes.General push-ups
It's your first day at the gym and if you can play it that way too, then I suggest you should do 5-6 exercises, so you need to save energy for all of these. Keep both of your knees behind and keep your hands in the same position as you do in a normal push up. Slowly go down in a controlled manner and come back slowly. Whenever you come up, exhale. Target your chest muscle as it is the working muscle. Breathe in slowly and exhale slowly. Also, make sure that your back is straight and not bent inward or outward. To perform to the best of your ability, you can also do 5, on or 10. But on the first day you should do a maximum of 10, not more.
